LaunchReply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a done-for-you lead response automation service for local small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.
We collect information that local business clients provide when setting up their automation, including business name, contact email, phone number, and website details. We also process contact information (name, phone number, email) submitted by end users through client business contact forms, solely for the purpose of delivering automated responses on behalf of that client business.
We do not use end-user contact information for any purpose other than delivering the automated response the end user triggered by submitting a form.
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by submitting a contact or inquiry form that includes opt-in consent language. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on inquiry volume. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from any message thread. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact information processed through our system is shared only with the client business on whose behalf the message was sent. We may use third-party services (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) to operate our platform; these providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
We retain message logs for up to 90 days for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Client business data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and deleted within 30 days of service termination upon request.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. No system is 100% secure; we encourage clients to contact us immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use.
End users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, contact us at the address below.
